THIS REGISTRATION PAGE IS SPECIFICALLY FOR FATHER/SON REGISTRATIONS. 

IMPORTANT: A quantity of 1 in Person(s) Attending above means one father/son pair.  After setting up an account, you will have only one field to list attendee names - simply put both you and your son's name in that field.

Join us for the Forging A Head Boot Camp on November 3-5, 2006 in Providence, NC.  Please read the Details and About Us sections to learn more about the event. 

Please register by October 21st - so we can give the cook an accurate head count!  I'll hold five extra slots after October 21st - to allow a few to register late. The following is the registration fee schedule:

• $295.00 per father/son, if you register before or on October 21, 2006.
• $325.00 per father/son, if you register after October 21st.

The registration fee covers for both you and your son: 

1. Registration for the Forging A Head Boot Camp
2. Accomodations at the Park Springs Christian Center for Friday and Saturday night.  Since this is a retreat center, please review What To Bring for details on what you need to bring with you.
3. Five meals and two snacks (all meals on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday, and snacks on Friday and Saturday nights)
4. All needed printed materials for the Boot Camp, including a notebook for capturing key thoughts and action plans from the weekend.
